参考文献的格式有很多，目前马来西亚最常用的引文格式不是APA，就是Harvard（哈佛引用格式）。哈佛引用格式欧洲和澳洲常用的论文格式。

书籍的Harvard格式
Authors surname(s), initial(s). (Year published) Title. Edition (If have). Place of publication: publisher.
期刊文章的Harvard格式
Authors surname(s), initial(s). (Year published) ‘Title of article’, Title of Journal (issue/season etc), Page Numbers.
视频的Harvard格式
Creator (Year created or uploaded) .Title of video. [Online video]. Available at URL or APP （Accessed: date）.
网站文章的Harvard格式
Author (Year the site was published/ last updated) .Title of webpage. Available at URL （Accessed: date）.
政府文件的Harvard格式
Name of Government department or committee (Year of publication) .Title. Place of Publication: publisher.
If published on the internet:
Name of Government department or committee (Year of publication) .Title. Available at: URL (Accessed: date).
私人机构报告的Harvard格式
Author or Organization (Year of publication) .Title of report. Place of Publication: publisher.
