Yes. All the programmes are online based as they are designed for working professionals that have less time to study.
Can I study if I am in Singapore / overseas?

Yes, as the course is conducted 100% online (through Zoom).
Can I apply Student Visa with this programmes?

No, as the classes are conducted via Online platform, you can't apply Student Visa.
